Your enquiry
When you send the enquiry form, your name, email address, group size, apartment preference and any optional company, phone or message details are emailed to hc@gamsol.org so we can respond. The rental dates are fixed at 16–23 January 2027. Do not include payment details, identity documents or medical records.
The website does not keep a database of enquiry contents. Enquiry messages are retained in the receiving mailbox for follow-up. For questions about your information, including requests to remove an enquiry email, contact hc@gamsol.org. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request data in its ordinary server logs.
Cookies and analytics
This version does not include analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect the enquiry form from spam. The security service processes technical browser information and a verification token; its privacy information explains its processing. The server verifies each token before sending email. Hashed network identifiers and counters are stored temporarily for rate limiting, without enquiry contents.

Before real bookings open
Full operator information, mailbox retention arrangements and booking policies will be completed before real properties are offered for booking. This prototype does not currently provide a production privacy policy.
